Utilising the NACAC College Openings List I recently looked at the NACAC set of colleges applications that are still taking I would like to use to a few. Certainly one of them (Bennington) already denied me. Is it possible to re-apply now that they will have spaces, or perhaps is that perhaps not acceptable? Additionally, that UConn was seen by me has openings. I’d like to apply here but as long as they truly are taking applications for my major — does the listing regarding the NACAC list indicate they are accepting applications for the school that is whole or is there often only specific majors available?
Since you had been currently denied at Bennington, you should e-mail your admissions officer (the employees member whom oversees candidates from your highschool or your state) as opposed to reapplying. The staff can be found by you projects here, if you do not know whom your counselor is.
In your message, explain you are very eager to enroll that you were already denied but have seen that Bennington still has spaces open and. Add a listing of new achievements, brand new tasks or honors, and improvements (in grades, test scores, etc.) as you initially applied. Have a paragraph that explains why Bennington is suitable for you and vice versa. (Try to be specific; do not just state that there surely is a ‘good English department’ or ‘a beautiful campus.’) Also point out what you would bring towards the campus with you … e.g., leadership experience, variety, special skill in arts, academics, or athletics, atypical skills). …
