System Overview
The Cooper series 5MP HDCVI camera delivers 5MP full HD video and utilizes existing cabling for straightforward installation. It combines a compact design with high image quality at an affordable price. Available in various lens models with multi-language OSD and HD/SD switchable output, this camera offers flexibility and cost-effectiveness, making it ideal for small to medium-sized business solutions.

Functions

• 4 Signals over 1 Coaxial Cable
  HDCVI technology supports simultaneous transmission of video, audio* (available on select models), data, and power over a single coaxial cable. Dual-way data transmission enables interaction with the HCVR, allowing control signals and alarm triggers. HDCVI also supports PoC for added flexibility.
• Long Distance Transmission
  HDCVI technology ensures real-time transmission without loss. It supports up to 700 meters for 5MP HD video via coaxial cable and up to 300 meters via UTP cable. Results are based on testing in Dahua’s lab.
• Simplicity
  HDCVI retains the simplicity of traditional analog systems, allowing seamless upgrades without replacing existing coaxial cabling. The plug-and-play functionality enables full HD video surveillance without network configuration.
• Smart IR
  The camera features IR LED illumination for superior low-light performance. Smart IR technology ensures even brightness in black-and-white images under low light, adjusting the LED intensity to prevent overexposure as objects approach.
• Multi-formats
  The camera supports multiple video formats, including HDCVI, CVBS, and two common HD analog formats. Formats can be switched via the OSD menu or PFM820 (UTC controller), ensuring compatibility with various HCVRs and existing HD/SD DVRs.
• Multi-language OSD
  The OSD menu offers image adjustments and function settings for different monitoring needs. It supports 11 languages: Chinese, English, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Russian, and Polish.
• Protection
  The camera is built to last with IP67 protection against water and dust, suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. It operates in temperatures ranging from -30°C to +60°C (-22°F to +140°F) and tolerates input voltage fluctuations of ±30%. It also features a 4KV lightning rating for added protection against electrical surges.
